Full Conference Registration 
Standard and Student Full Conference Registration includes:
• Access to all conference sessions
• Digital copy of the Conference Proceedings
• Morning and afternoon refreshments and lunches
• Welcome Reception on the evening of Tuesday 2 August 2016
• Access to the Conference Dinner on the evening of Thursday 4 August 2016

The Conference organisers encourage attendance for the full conference but if this is not possible, single day registration is also available.

Day Registration
Day registration includes:
• Access to all conference sessions
• Digital copy of the Conference Proceedings
• Morning and afternoon refreshments and lunches
• Day registration does not include the conference dinner or the welcome reception

 

* QUT Staff: Please note you cannot use your QUT Corporate Card to pay registration fees. Please complete the registration process, and select the QUT Staff payment option. You will then be prompted to enter the journal account code for payment.

 

Refund Policy and Conference Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations will not be accepted unless made in writing to the Event Manager, by email

Cancellations received up until Monday 18th July 2016, will be refunded less 25% for administration fees (please note if you have not paid you will still be invoiced for this amount). No registration refunds will be made after this date. Full cancellation fees will also apply to non-paid accounts after this date.

As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person in your organisation, if advised in writing no later than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the Conference.
