Abstract Assessment Process:

• Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Program Committee
• Acceptance of an abstract will be based on the below assessment criteria
• The Committee’s decision is final
• Authors will be notified of their abstract results by mid February 2016

Abstract Assessment Criteria:

The criteria for evaluating abstracts include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Clarity of abstract
• Relevance to practice or policy/scientific merit
• Alignment with the Conference theme/s

Notification of Outcome:

It is expected that authors will be notified of abstract acceptance and presentation type by mid February 2016.
